The project consisted of converting SIX 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units into 3 & 4 bedroom units with two duplexes and two back yards.
Extensive structural work had to be done for the entire building to achieve client’s requirements. We engaged structural engineers and high end architects to finish on time and within budget.
We installed new electric HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchens, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments.
