A gut renovation that consisted of converting 8 apartments from 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units into 4 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms units with a common space in the cellar level with a new gym.
We installed new HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and enlarged the kitchens, leveled some floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and installed new roof.
The project was equipped with the latest technologies of electronic wifi controlled locks and security systems.
