A full-gut renovation that consisted of converting 4 large apartments (1500sf/unit) from 3 bedroom 1 bathroom units into 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms units with a common space in the cellar level with a half bathroom.
We installed new HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchens, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and installed new roof and windows.
We waterproofed the building from the outside resolving years long water issues.
The project was equipped with the latest technologies of electronic wifi controlled locks and security systems.
