Mark Guindi is the Managing Director and co-founder of Marelli Group. Mark’s responsibilities include oversight of Marelli’s business development , finance, project planning and operations. Mark’s hands-on approach and intimate knowledge of repositioning multifamily properties has led to projects being completed on-time and within budget. Mark’s expertise in underwriting , financing and executing development projects provides a unique owners point of view in managing construction projects for other owners.
Mark previously co-founded GD Capital , a real estate investment firm which focuses on acquiring and developing Multifamily and Mixed-Use Real Estate in New York City. To date , Mark has led GD Capital to successfully acquire , finance , renovate and lease multiple projects across NYC. Mark has acted as the managing member in each of these partnerships and has consistently outperformed the overall NY Multifamily Market.
Prior to founding GD Capital , Mark worked for a local multifamily owner/operator for 3 years overseeing Acquisitions , Investor Relations & Asset Management. Mark graduated from NYU’S Schack Institute of Real Estate with a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate. His educational background in Real Estate Finance , Market Analysis , Construction Management and Development are critical to the company’s success and growth.
Ryan is an experienced construction manager with a proven track record of overseeing the successful completion of ground up development and renovation projects in New York City. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Ryan has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing large-scale projects and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
Throughout his career, Ryan has managed a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including ground-up buildings, mixed-use developments, and luxury apartments. His expertise in construction management has helped him deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Ryan is known for his exceptional problem-solving skills and his ability to adapt to changing circumstances. He is committed to working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all project objectives are met. His strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships have helped him establish a reputation as a trusted project manager.
In addition to his technical expertise, Ryan is deeply committed to promoting safety and sustainability in the construction industry. He is well-versed in the latest building codes and safety regulations and works tirelessly to ensure that his projects meet the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability
