This project was to renovate 5 apartments in a 20 family house. The apartments were converted from a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom to a 4 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Adding more bathrooms and relocating the kitchens is a challenging task in an occupied building as plumbing and electric had to be ran through occupied units. We relocated and enlarged the kitchen, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments.
