This project was to renovate 2 apartments in an 8 family house. The apartments were converted from a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom to a 2 bedroom apartments + back yard.
We enlarged the apartment by reclaiming space from the common hallway, we added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchen, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and added a back yard.
