The project consisted of converting FIVE 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units into 5 bedroom units with 1 & 2 full bathrooms with two duplexes and two back yards.
We installed new electric HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchens, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and installed new roof.
