The project consisted of converting one 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit into 3 & 4 bedroom units with two duplexes and two back yards.
We installed new electric HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchens, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments.
Adding more bathrooms and relocating the kitchens is a challenging task in an occupied building as plumbing and electric had to be ran through occupied units.
