A full-gut renovation that consisted of converting 6 apartments with existing 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units into 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms units with a common space in the cellar level and a wood deck back yard.
We installed new HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchen, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and installed new roof.
We lowered cellar floor by 2 feet which involved major structural work.
The project was equipped with the latest technologies of electronic wifi controlled locks and security system.
