We installed new electric HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchen, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments. Relocating the kitchens and bathrooms is a challenging task in an occupied building as plumbing and electric had to be ran through occupied units.
