This project was to renovate 2 apartments in an 8 family house. The apartments were converted from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom to a 4 bedroom 2 full bathrooms.
We installed new electric HVAC system in all the units and added washers and dryers and relocated and enlarged the kitchen, leveled all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and added a back yard for the 1st floor unit.
