Adding more bathrooms and relocating the kitchens is a challenging task in an occupied building as plumbing and electric had to be ran through occupied units. We installed new HVAC system, relocated and enlarged the kitchens, leveled and replaced all floors and installed new walls and ceilings throughout the apartments and installed a new roof.
